The spindle tool changer adopts an air-cooled spindle, offering high precision, long lifespan, and smooth operation, making it stable and reliable for long-term processing. The carousel tool magazine moves with the gantry, allowing for quick and easy tool changes, while a dedicated tool setting device accurately compensates for tool length discrepancies.
Vacuum suction: The tabletop uses a dual-layer vacuum adsorption design made from high-strength bakelite board,which is milled in a single pass and provides extremely high suction power.
Automatic oiling: The automatic oil lubrication system allows for easy routine maintenance with just a simple press.
